1. Introduction

RunoSO ("we", "our", "the platform") is a business management SaaS operated by Gautam Parmar, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. By creating an account or using RunoSO, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information during signup. By signing up with Google OAuth or email, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms. One account per person. Do not share account credentials.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately at hello@runoso.in if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

RunoSO offers three plans: Free, Solo, Pro. Free plan is free forever with usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current period. Prices are listed in INR for Indian users and USD for international users. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused subscription time. The only exception: if RunoSO experiences downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, affected users will receive a pro-rated credit for that period. Duplicate charges made in error will be refunded in full if reported within 14 days.

6. Free Plan Limits

The Free plan is limited to: 3 clients, 5 projects, 5 invoices per month, 10 content items, 20 tasks, and 5 vault items. Exceeding limits requires upgrading to a paid plan. We reserve the right to change Free plan limits with 30 days notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use RunoSO for any illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to RunoSO.
• Upload malicious code or content.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Abuse the platform in a way that affects other users' experience.

8. Your Data

You own all data you create in RunoSO. We do not claim ownership of your clients, invoices, content, or any other data. We store your data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details. On account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Credentials Vault

The vault uses industry-standard encryption. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique master password. We cannot recover vault data if you lose your master password. You are solely responsible for the security of credentials stored in your vault.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions. We may perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime — we will notify users in advance where possible.

Features may change, be added, or be removed. Material changes affecting paid features will be communicated with 30 days notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunoSO's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RunoSO and Gautam Parmar from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Vadodara, Gujarat. International users: disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under UNCITRAL rules before litigation. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes equals acceptance.
