Refund Policy

1. Overview
All RunoSO subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This policy is consistent with standard SaaS industry practice. We encourage you to start with our free plan to evaluate RunoSO before upgrading to a paid plan.
2. No Refunds
We do not offer:
- Full refunds after payment
- Partial refunds for unused time
- Credits for downgrading mid-cycle
- Refunds due to feature changes
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription.
After cancellation:
- Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made.
- Your account automatically downgrades to Free after the current period ends.
- Your data remains accessible on the Free plan.
4. Exceptions
We will issue a refund or credit only in these specific situations:
Service outage:
If RunoSO experiences downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, affected users receive a pro-rated credit for that period. This does not apply to third-party outages (Stripe, Vercel, Neon).
Duplicate charge:
If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error, contact billing@runoso.in within 14 days. We will issue a full refund of the duplicate charge.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us at billing@runoso.in will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. We take fraud prevention seriously and will dispute illegitimate chargebacks with supporting documentation.
6. Free Plan
The Free plan has no payment required and therefore this refund policy does not apply to it.
