Data Deletion Instructions
RunoSO values your privacy and provides full control over your personal data. Below are the steps to permanently delete your account and clear all associated resources.
How to Delete Your RunoSO Account
Step 1
Sign in to Account
Log in with your existing credentials at runoso.in/login.
Step 2
Go to Settings
Click on your profile avatar, navigate to **Settings**, and scroll down to the **Account** section.
Step 3
Click Delete Account
Click "Delete Account", download your data export if needed, and type **DELETE** to confirm.
What Gets Deleted
- ✓Your profile and account details
- ✓All clients, projects, and tasks
- ✓All invoices and transactions
- ✓All content pipeline items
- ✓All vault credentials (encrypted)
- ✓All digital assets
- ✓All investments logged
- ✓Your entire isolated database schema
What We Retain
- ~Billing records — retained 7 years as required by Indian tax law
- ~Anonymised, non-identifiable usage statistics
Deletion Timeline
All personal data is permanently deleted from our active database and isolated Neon database schemas within **30 days** of your account deletion request.
Can't sign in to delete?
If you no longer have access to your account and want your data deleted, email us with the email address associated with your account. We will process your deletion request manually within 30 days.
